specify the product, its build level, and the nature
of enquiry.
The reporting of a bug is a completely FREE service.
A fix, workaround or explanation will be sent by return
e-mail, as soon as possible. The bug/fix will also
be posted on the FAQ, to benefit other baseSim users.
We will endeavour to respond to your queries at the
earliest opportunity (usually within 48 hours).
