At iBright Ltd we have always
aimed to provide outstanding products and services,
to meet or exceed customer expectations and to continually
improve our processes. We are now embedding this
ethos in a Quality Management System that meets the
requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
Our existing customers are well aware of our approach
to quality and this initiative will provide them with
further assurance. It should also give potential new
customers added confidence in iBright's capabilities
and commitment.
Our initial system is in place and we are now in the
phase of fine-tuning and accumulating records that
show how the system is functioning.
We are aiming for formal accreditation in mid 2006.
Quality Policy
It is iBright's policy to:
- Provide our consultancy customers with an efficient,
friendly simulation design and development service.
We will meet contractual specifications and requirements.
Our services will conform to all relevant standards,
including ISO 9001:2000 and customer-defined standards.
- Provide products that are efficient, up to date,
user-friendly and meet or exceed defined fault rate
criteria.
- Provide product support in a friendly, efficient
and effective manner.
- Seek to continually improve our products, processes
and services, through a system of reviews and planning.
The relevance of this policy and the achievement
of our quality objectives are reviewed during our
twice-yearly Management Review Meetings, at which
we consider setting new objectives and/or altering
our existing objectives.
All staff are trained in the meaning and implications
of this policy.
